More than a wellness class
What if understanding yourself was the first step toward feeling better?
Many of us move through life without fully understanding what our bodies are telling us. We experience stress, fatigue, restless sleep, emotional overwhelm, and changes in energy without always recognizing the connections.
Tinman Trail brings together three complementary perspectives—functional medicine, Ayurveda, and the Language of Breath—to help you better understand yourself and explore practical ways to support your well-being.
This is not about fixing everything in twelve weeks. It's about building awareness, discovering new tools, and finding a community that supports you along the way.
Three guides. Three perspectives. One journey.

Real people. Real connections.
You don't have to walk this trail alone.
One of the most meaningful parts of our first cohort was the connection participants developed with each other.
Tinman Trail isn't simply a collection of classes. It's a small community of people exploring their health, sharing discoveries, supporting each other, and learning together.
We limit each cohort to eight participants to preserve a personal, welcoming environment.
Awareness Meets
Evidence
We believe that personal experience and measurable information can complement one another.
Throughout Tinman Trail, participants have opportunities to observe sleep, resting heart rate, breathing patterns, perceived stress, and other aspects of well-being.
By comparing measurements at the beginning and end of the journey, we hope to better understand what participants experience and how the program can continue to improve.
Our long-term goal is to share responsibly reported, anonymized outcomes with healthcare professionals and the broader community—helping build conversations between conventional medical care and integrative wellness.
