An artisan sourdough with a purpose

The Tinman Loaf is a naturally leavened sourdough crafted slowly and intentionally using organic ingredients, traditional fermentation, and mineral-rich Wisconsin well water that is tested annually for purity.

Each loaf is made in small batches and fermented over time to develop deep flavor, improved digestibility, and real nourishment — without commercial yeast, preservatives, or shortcuts.

More than bread, the Tinman Loaf is a thank-you artifact for supporting local mental-health access.
With every loaf purchased, $72 is allocated directly to Tinman Coins in your county, helping fund therapy, coaching, and healing services for individuals who are actively doing the work to get better.


Ingredients

  • 375 g organic all purpose flour (high protein Kirkland bread flour)

  • 230 g fresh Wisconsin groundwater (Hay Creek Canins)

  • 12.5 g wheat germ & bran flakes

  • 7.5 g organic salt

  • 12.5 g Wisconsin organic maple syrup

  • 28 g organic ghee

  • 75 g active sourdough starter

Starter made from:
Organic flour, King Arthur whole wheat, and fresh Wisconsin well water.

No commercial yeast.
