“TINMAN COIN” Wellness Grant Application

Sponsorships through the Blake Matthew’s Foundation may only be awarded for services provided by an approved provider. If awarded, the foundation will pay your service provider directly upon receipt of service or booking. The amount granted each quarter is limited by the foundation’s budget and individual grant cap. Each person is eligible for sponsorship once or more per year.

Sponsorship opportunities open up quarterly, with priority given to the first 30 applicants.
